The Buzz Queen

YESTERDAY was a beautiful Spring day - today, not so great. But everyone took advantage of the lovely weather yesterday and we hauled our pasty white skin outside for some sunshine.

For the girls this meant street hockey on our quiet cul-du-sac.

Those two make me laugh though - Mikayla’s all done up like someone important might be driving up the road at any minute! She is also the stereotypical older sister - she doesn’t do any running or ball-fetching. She’s always the goalie, and if Kristanna happens to miss the net, then she has to retrieve the ball.

Mikayla stands there and looks pretty.

She’s just like her Mother, that one.
