Lucky #13

This past Monday was the 13th Anniversary of Mikayla attending her first ever wedding…. OURS! (If truth be told, Kristanna was there too, although we didn’t know it at the time. :-)

I didn’t remind the Mountie that this date was approaching - I thought I’d stay quiet and see what happened. Turns out he went to work Monday morning, continuously looking at his calender knowing he had forgotten something.

When it hit him, he went running to tell the two girls who work in the front office, and asked them what he should do. Flowers? Chocolates?? What??? They both, (bless their hearts) said TAKE HER SHOPPING so she can buy clothes for the Mexico trip!

(Mental note: Bring back two bottles of tequila for those lovely ladies!)

We had a nice time in ‘The Big City’, and I manged to find quite a few things to bring along to Mexico. I had my favourite meal at my favourite restaurant while watching the Canucks game on the plasma TV’s.
